Ruby Xue’s Canada journey began as an international student at Carleton University in 2002, curious, ambitious, and determined to build a life defined not by limitations, but by possibility. She didn’t know it then, but this would be the first chapter of a career that would reshape the standard of excellence in Ottawa’s real estate landscape.

Ruby launched her real estate career in 2014, and success found her quickly. In her very first year, she achieved Rookie of the Year at her brokerage, an award reserved for agents who demonstrate exceptional promise. From that day forward, Ruby’s real estate career never looked back. Not many years later, she rose to the top, becoming one of the most recognized and consistently high-performing realtors in the city.

But Ruby’s vision grew bigger than individual achievement. In 2025, she realized her true calling wasn’t just helping clients buy and sell homes, it was building an environment where real estate agents could thrive, learn, and elevate their careers beyond what they ever imagined.
